November 8, 2006, the members and employees of the American Stock Exchange welcome Evolution Petroleum Corporation (EPM) as they ring the Opening Bell to celebrate their listing.

On July 31, 2006, the Company announced that that it has completed multiple purchases of additional royalty and overriding royalty interests aggregating 2.59% in the Holt Bryant Unit of the Delhi Field in northeast Louisiana.

On July 17, 2006, the Company announced that its common stock was accepted for trading on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol EPM.

On July 13, 2006, the Company announced that it changed its name to Evolution Petroleum Corporation.

On June 13, 2006, the Company announced the closing of its sale of interests in the Delhi Field to Denbury Resources

On May 31, 2006, the Company filed an 8-K for the repayment of all outstanding debt held by Prospect Energy.

On May 13, 2006, the Company announced a definitive agreement with Denbury Resources for the sale of interests in the Delhi Field.

On March 22, 2006, the Company's SB2 registration statement was cleared by the SEC without further comments and thereby effective. The registration statement covers only those shares and warrants previously sold by the Company in private placements, most of which have been tradable under Rule 144 since May 2005.

On March 28, 2006, the Company will be one of sixteen companies presenting at the Dutton Conference in San Francisco.

On February 6, 2006, the Company announced that it had completed the purchase of a 4.8% royalty interest in the Delhi Holt Bryant Unit of the Delhi Field.

NGS announces successful re-completion at Delhi Field.

February 2005
NGS completes the purchase of an additional 120 producing and nonproducing oil wells in the Tullos Urania and Colgrade Fields.

NGS enters into a $4.8 million credit facility with Prospect Energy and draws down $3 million in order to fund the February purchase of oil wells, retire all short term obligations and fund the initial elements of its development programs at Delhi and Tullos Urania Fields.

2004

NGS pays off the balance of the note issued for the purchase of the Delhi Field.

September 2004
NGS completes the purchase of 100% working interests in more than 120 producing and nonproducing oil wells in the Tullos Urania, Colgrade and Crossroads Fields and timely files its first 10-KSB for fiscal year ending June 30, 2004.

July 2004
NGS begins natural gas sales at its Delhi Field.

May 2004
NGS completes the reverse merger into Reality Interactive, Inc. (OTC:RLYI) and the resulting entity is renamed Natural Gas Systems, Inc. (OTC:NGSY). The officers and directors of NGS are appointed to the same positions in the new entity and two independent directors, E. J. DiPaolo and Gene Stoever, are appointed to the Board.
